In view of the type of services we offer which involve publication of manuscripts in our journal, Journal of Scientific Research and Studies (JSRS); and in view of the fact that such payments are only made after manuscripts are reviewed and accepted for publication; no refunds are made after payment; except where a payment is made and the manuscript was not published after four (4) months.
